website (the “Service”) operated by Guesstimate Limited (“us”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access any part of the Service.
Terms of use for the game “10 Chances” and/or identified as “10 CHANCES”.
By using the Service, you are telling us that you are at least over the age of 18 and understand and accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms of this Service you should immediately cease using the Service.
There is no purchase requirement to enter this competition however Guesstimate Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Where a winner has been selected Guesstimate Limited discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than one entry Guesstimate Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Additional winning entry eligibility requirements may apply e.g. proof of cell/mobile telephone number, email address, personal identification.
Prize winners will be chosen at random from correct entries and notified. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Guesstimate Limited. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The winners of the competition will only be determined following the careful separation of each box and by drawing 10 (ten) entries at random from all eligible entries received. There will be only 10 (ten) prizes awarded. There are no additional prizes. We are not obliged to reveal the total number of entries in the prize draw. Prizes are awarded ONLY for ONE correct guess or FIVE correct guesses for each box. That is if you guess correctly box A has three five pound notes and box B has two ten pound notes only one prize will be awarded not two. Similarly if you guess correctly all five fields for box A and box B you will be awarded the grand prize for only one box. A cash prize will be awarded to eligible winning entrants in the currency of their residency. Allow 4 weeks for delivery of prizes. The grand prize winning entries (the entrant who is awarded a prize for five correct guesses for any (1) one box) may request that the contents of the box be awarded to the charity of their choice.

Consequently Guesstimate Limited processes all data provided by its Users in its European Data Region, in the European Economic Area (EEA) only. Guesstimate Limited has a data processing agreement in place with its provider ensuring compliance. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. We Guesstimate recognise the need to protect and properly manage the personal information collected on our site and those shared with us by our users. Our services are not intended for children, therefore we do not knowingly collect data from any natural person under the age of 18.

REGISTRATION

To register you will need to enter your name, a valid email address (we suggest you create a new e-mail address separate to your usual one), a valid cell/mobile telephone number and a username. The username chosen for the purpose of accessing the Service is personal to you and must not be disclosed to any person. Please make a note of your username as this cannot be changed once submitted. We consider only one registration per individual as a valid entry and as ‘fair use’ and reserve the right to ban any user who is in possession of more than one registration;
You can amend your registration details at any time (with the exception of your username) through the Service but must ensure all details held about you are up to date;
You are and shall remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username;
You are at least aged 18 years or over.
TERMINATION

Guesstimate Limited reserves all of its rights. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Guesstimate Limited or any third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
